Steps of Better price
1.Customer inquiry to be as far as details of the product, like descriptions of the styles, descriptions of the fabrics/yarns(constructions or weight are well come), carton quantity with inner box quantity.
2.Approximate Quantity or container to be order for the products.
3.A size chart or measurement such as Half Chest, Body Length, Sleeve Length for Shirt, T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, Sweater and Waist, Out seam for the Trouser, Shorts with size range are required.
4.Fancy or Fashions items inquiry are required sketch, pictures or details descriptions.
5.CATCO having policy to offer price in FOB.
6.To be specify whether product price need GSP. Only to be use local fabrics, subject to availability in Bangladesh.
7.Indications of fabrics or yarns origin, whether it is local fabrics or imported as we can able to use any countries fabrics such as Europe, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand.
Order Procedure
1.Primary Stage- Product Sampling in same quality fabrics or yarns for style approval. Incase the fabrics or yarns are not usual or common fabrics or yarns, it is to be provide in same quality in cuttings form or make in available near quality fabrics or yarns for ONLY style approval. The samples are free of cost but samples courier to be Freight collect.
2.A purchase or order sheet and Letter of Credit are required for order process.
3.Once the Style approved, the colour or designs details are required for LAB-DIPS process and for approval from customer. Accordingly colour or designs LAB-DIPS alongwith quality cuttings to be sent with freight prepaid for the prior bulk materials productions for the approval.
4.Once the prior bulk materials productions are approved, the materials will proceed for bulk productions. After completions of bulk productions, specimen samples to be send to customer for verifications of first approval. The bulk productions of materials or Final Products are under tolarence of plus or minus 5 percent in accordance with International textile regulations.
5.Once the Bulk materials productions are approved, the size set samples covering all style or colour or designs to be produce for the prior bulk products approval.
6.After receive the prior bulk products approval, the bulk major productions will begain.
7.A specimen of final product productions samples for each style to be send to customer for the reference of shipment.
8.We accept any International Inspections Agency for conduct the Inspections under customer expenses.
